UI/UX Designer

Introduction

This role demands a mix of creative vision, user-centered design methodology, and a strong technical foundation to lead design projects from concept to execution.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of UX research, information architecture, and visual communication, combined with expertise in UI design and proficiency in digital design software. Experience in collaborating closely with engineering teams (onsite and distributed) and a working knowledge of front-end technologies will be highly valued. This position offers the opportunity to shape our products’ visual and interactive aspects, ensuring they meet both user needs and business goals. Responsibilities

• Conduct UX research to understand user behavior, needs, and challenges deeply, applying insights to design decisions.
• Develop and refine information architecture to ensure content is organized logically for optimal user navigation.
• Create wireframes and prototypes to visualize and test design concepts, iterating based on feedback and usability testing.
• Employ visual communication skills to convey ideas effectively through sketches, wireframes, and digital mockups.
• Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces, adhering to and evolving design principles and standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience in UX/UI design, with a portfolio showcasing expertise in UX research, information architecture, wireframing, prototyping, and visual design.
• Proficiency in digital design tools like Sketch, InVision, Adobe Creative Suite, and Figma.
• Basic understanding of CSS, HTML, and JavaScript, enabling effective collaboration with development teams and insight into the feasibility of designs.
